Policies
Victim is a premier raiding guild on Antonia Bayle server. Our mission is to destroy all the content in this game. We raid Mon, Wed, and Thurs at 8pm Eastern.
General Requirements
Using Ventrilo is a requirement. We need you to be able to hear the raid leader. Having and being able to use a mic is not required, but highly recommended.
We expect everyone to have everything they need to raid properly. Cure potions, rogue poisons, rez signets, ability to get any two resists to 10k, etc. is all required.
Attendance Requirements
Members must maintain at least 70% attendance over 30 days or membership duration, whichever is shorter. Members who fall below 70% lose priority on loot rights and may be in danger of replacement depending on the needs of the guild. If you know you are going to be Away From Game (AFG) please post in the appropriate forum on our website.
Recruitment
Victim recruits go through a period of examination by all. Recruitment can last a month, or it can be as short as a few days. If you can show us that you are a solid player we will not hesitate to add you to our roster.
Victim is always recruiting. If you think you are better than someone we already have then app to us and take their spot.
DKP Policy
Members earn dkp at a rate of 1/2 per hour. Members may bid 3, 6, or 9 dkp on any item of their choosing when it drops. Members may only bid once for a particular item, in the proper loot channel. Raiders may only bid from their main or alts and if they are on an unguilded alt they must notify an officer that they are still sitting and wish to continue being eligible for loot. If you are late to raid or have not been told by the dkp officer to sit you must ask the dkp officer to be placed on a sitting status in order to earn dkp or be eligible for loot. The guild leader acts as dkp officer when the dkp officer is not present.
If you bid 3 and someone else bids 9, you cannot raise your bid to 9 as well. So bid what you believe is the value of the item. Anyone is allowed to rescind a bid or “pass on an item” for someone they believe needs it more. DKP caps @ 150. In the event of a tie bid, the member with the highest dkp or between 2 members at dkp cap the one who was at cap the longest wins the item. If two members not at cap have the same dkp then the higher attendance wins, if this is also tied the person in the guild the longest wins, that tied then a random roll is used. In all other cases the highest bid of the highest rank priority wins regardless of current dkp totals.
Loot priority:
Raiders with 70%+ attendance
Raiders with less than 70% attendance
Reserve Raiders
Recruits
Raider Alts
Friends / Friend Alts
Alt Policy
Loot is linked to our designated loot channel where members may post DKP bids, if no DKP bids are posted the item is considered for plat bits. The highest plat bid always wins, regardless of rank. Players may have as many alts as they like loot as many items as they want as long as they do not hold up the raid force. Once an item goes up for plat bids it can not be taken by DKP. Members with zero or negative DKP may not bid DKP for alt loot, in those cases plat bids are your only option to get gear for alts.
Guild Bank Items
Raiders may purchase items from the guildbank for 1/2 broker value at leadership discretion. Crystallized Mana may be purchased alternatively for 3dkp.
